Refund Policy

Anabey accepts eligible refund requests within two weeks after the customer receives the product, subject to the conditions below.

Refund Window

Refund requests must be made within two weeks after receiving the product. Requests made after this period may not be accepted.

Eligibility Conditions

  • The product tags must remain attached to the product.
  • The product must be unworn and unused.
  • The product must not have been altered, adjusted, tailored, or customized after purchase.
  • The product should be returned in suitable packaging with any included accessories or documents.

Altered Products

Products that have been altered are not eligible for refund. After alterations, tags may be removed from the product as part of the alteration process, and the product will be considered final sale.

Inspection

Returned products are inspected before a refund is approved. If a product does not meet the refund conditions, the refund may be rejected and the product may be returned to the customer.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method where possible. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or bank.
